HALFWAY TO HAZARD LAUNCHES NEW SINGLE “I KNOW WHERE HEAVEN IS”

    07/20/09 0 Comments

Our new radio single is going for adds today, Monday July 20th across the country. We couldn’t be more excited that we are finally getting this out there. We really believe our latest song “I Know Where Heaven Is”. It is about those special people, places, or...whatever in life that make you happy. At the video shoot, we invited all of our family and friends down and had a big picnic. Kids were playing in the yard, people were playing corn hole, and dancing into the night. It truly was a special evening.

If you feel compelled to call into your local station and request the song, we would be extremely grateful.

Lastly, we just want to thank each and every one of your support and love for our music over the years. We are so blessed to have fans like you; you don’t know how much it means for both of us. We will be sending out more info and promotions to you in the very near future.

    Thanks, Chad & David

    Jeremy Piven Going Country?

    07/15/09 0 Comments

Geez, these country cross over acts just keep coming! Ok, this one isn’t for real but seriously….country music is the place to be. Actor Jeremy Piven of HBO’s hit show “Entourage” was in Nashville last night for the CMT red carpet premiere of his new film, The Goods: Live Hard. Sell Hard. After the movie premiere he hit Broadway for some serious honky-tonking at the famed Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge where he partied with a Music City “entourage” that included country duo Halfway to Hazard and Jaron Lowenstein of Evan and Jaron.

Jeremy even got on stage with Halfway to Hazard and Lowenstein and sat in on drums for a set of crowd-pleasing music that included classic covers such as ZZ Top’s “Tush,” Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition,” and The Eagles’ “Take It Easy,” among others. He then enjoyed the famous front booth with co-star Ed Helm and entourage and threw back shots and sipped on Grey Goose and soda.

Jeremy Piven Eats Chicken, Avoids Mercury

If Jeremy Piven isn't feeling well today, sushi probably isn't the culprit this time around. The Entourage star had one helluva honky-tonk time last night while partying in Nashville, Tenn., after a red carpet screening of his new flick, The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard... First up was a chicken dinner at Lime followed by music and mucho drinks at Tootsies Orchid Lounge. At one point, Piven jumped on stage to play drums with country duo Halfway to Hazard for a set that included "Superstition," "Take It Easy" and "Tush." Later on, the Pivester was spotted throwing back shots and enjoying Grey Goose cocktails. No word on what time he and his boys called it a night.
